Emby no se ejecuta me da error "you must to install.NET Desktop Runtim

Hola, lo primero gracias por este foro, me presento soy Neodo, tengo un NAS Synology un DS418, con DSM 7.2-64570 Update 1 y manejado desde un Intel NUC con Windows 10.

Pues bien , desde ayer me da el error que pongo en la captura, he probado instalar la versión 6.022, sin éxito, sigue saliendo el mismo error, e instalado al 6.021, con el mismo error, y sigo sin poder ejecutar EMBY. no se por donde tirar, ¿alguien le ha ocurrido lo mismo y lo ha solucionado?

 Tambien asegúrate de tener instalada la version de 64 bits de .net, ya que puedes tener instaladas ambas versiones independientemente y necesitas en especifico la de 64 bits (x64)

Si es que he desinstalado e instalado la de 64 bits y nada, como si no estuviese instalada.

Yes,  all Windows 10 updates are fully installed, but I'm still going to check it.

Try installing the full .net sdk and not just the runtime. That might make a difference.

Good evening, after multiple attempts with the installation of everything you have given me, I have not been able to move forward, same mistake. But when searching for the original emby.exe file in a folder C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server, I get a folder C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system.old, Inside this folder there is another file emby.exe, which I run and Emby works perfectly, which is great, now it asked me to restart the server to install new plugins and restart emby, but after 10 minutes it is left thinking about what I decide restart the PC, to my surprise I try to access said folder (system.old) and now it is completely empty, returning to the starting point.

The truth is that I would not like to reinstall emby because starting from scratch would be an ordeal..... Thanks to all of you who try to help me.

PS: I put the LOG so you can see what was in that folder

Buenas noches, tras múltiples intentos con la instalación de todo lo que me habéis puesto no he conseguido avanzar, mismo error. Pero al buscar el archivo original emby.exe en una carpeta C:\Users\xxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server, me aparece una carpeta C:\Users\xxxxxxx\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system.old, dentro de esta carpeta hay otro archivo emby.exe, el cual ejecuto y funciona perfectamente Emby, con lo cual genial, ahora me pedía reiniciar el servidor para instalar nuevos plugins y reinicio emby, pero a los 10 min se queda pensando por lo que decido reiniciar el PC, cual es mi sorpresa que intento acceder a dicha carpeta(system.old) y ahora está completamente vacía, volviendo al punto de partida.

 

La verdad es que no me gustaría reinstalar emby por que empezar desde cero sería un suplicio..... Gracias a todos los que intentáis ayudarme.

PD: pongo el LOG para que veáis que estaba en esa carpeta

No ahora, hace 30 min si, desde el Emby.exe de la carpeta que ha desaparecido su contenido , system.old, ahora me encuentro con el mismo problema sigue sin funcionar.

Podría estar corrompido el ejecutable por daño en el sistema de archivos? Yo instalaría emby desde cero en otra computadora, hasta en una laptop si lo prefieres y copiara los archivos de configuración de una PC a otra. 

 

 Si eso funciona, haría lo mismo en reversa (reinstalar emby) y pasaría de nuevo las configuraciones al servidor original.

Muchas gracias, he probado por ahora una cosa:

- Bajarme la versión portable y sustituir el exe....Da el mismo error, con lo que debe ser alguna librería a parte que sigue fastidiando

 

Voy a probar instalar desde "0" en un portátil, una vez instalado cambio los .exe en concreto el EmbyServer.exe

Solucionado, efectivamente, instalé Emby en una Surface con WIN10, hice copia de seguridad de la carpeta SYSTEM de Emby (la que no funciona) por si acaso, sustituí la carpeta system de la nueva instalación por la carpeta SYSTEM del Pc(dónde no funciona) y todo resuelto, así que daros las gracias a Luke y a ti  Mibok por la ayuda prestada.
