Santi68 0
Buen día.Good morning. Some time ago I had installed emby Server on a synology 120j and emby had created the collection library without problem. Now I'm trying to install on a 220+ and I can't get Emby to create that library for me. yes, by checking the collection option within my library they appear, but that other one does not. I have already tried different versions of emby server, newer or older, and nothing. any ideas. thank you. Hace algún tiempo instalé emby Server
Davey's 12
did you check if all the permissions are set right for the shared folder(s) ? how to check: on your synology, open control panel and go to shared folder go to the specific shared folder and click on 'edit' go to 'permission' now you see 'Local users': Name: Emby select: read&write now click 'Local users' and select 'System internal user' under Name: Emby select: read&write save and close

Santi68 0
Good afternoon. Well, I already managed to get the collections library to work. I don't know if it was due to installing version 4.7.6.0 for dsm 7, or leaving this option unchecked when creating the libraries, but the issue is solved. Thank you
Luke 37094
Unchecking that option will actually cause you to get less collections, but I'm glad that you're happy !
Santi68 0
thank you. So is it possible that the solution was due to the version of emby server?
