Playback stopped with browsers

I got emby running with nginx form some years by now with basically no problems, (all the client apps works perfectly) using the nginx settings from: 

 

I found out that running emby with nginx the windows browsers (latest edge, chrome, firefox) can direct play media according to their limited codec support, the problem arises when I try to play media that requires either direct stream or transcoding, I get the transcode reason (unsopported codecs, not able to play secondary audio track, etc.) and a playback stop notice on the logs and nothing else. I did the same test with Safari on the latest iOS and all the playback works (direct play, direct stream, transcoding).

If I connect to emby through app.emby.media or if I connect to emby directly without nginx the windows browsers can direct stream and transcode with no problem.

I appreciate any help with this.
