backdrops issue

Hello I don't know why but the backdrops only work for me with bibliothek Section "music videos", when I use the library series it doesn't work. the backdrops video is not played

I have no idea why?

I placed the exact same backdrops folder in a series folder to test.

I have once series and once music videos as bibliotheque category
Here are two folders in that category
I copied the exact same backdrops from the music video folder to the series folder

I have once emby as stack in portainer
and a second time as synolgy app

Both have the same behavior.
Version is the latest Emby Web 4.7.13.0

I have tested it via hppts to the outside via a proxy as well as internally via ip and port.
every time the same behavior with music videos the backdrop is played with series not

Library scan on this folder or the entire library?
I have not started this directly. However, I have added more data, there should but directly also start a scan?

I will test this on occasion

How is the behavior of a new scan are there again all actors in the nfo purely written? I have written a python script that iteratively goes through all orders and removes the acros from each nfo, because I do not want to have this information and the heads annoy me.

Parent folder should be fine. The server has to become aware of the backdrop files before it can use them. That happens during the library scan.
