Restore Emby server settings, libraries, users

After updating Emby server to 4.7.14.0 on Synology NAS (v7) alle users, libraries and settings are gone. Add-in Backup & Restore can recognize older backups (last 8 days) but cannot restore anything from it. What to do?

HI, what version were you running before? What version of DSM?

Updates Emby from 4.7.14.0 to 4.7.17.0 on DSM 7.1.1. Recently updated from DSM 6 to 7.
After the update to 4.7.14 everything looked fine, but after a restart of the Emby server no accounts and libraries etc.
Manually adding a library does not work either. Could be access to the shares on the NAS?

@RickElferinkwhen you updated from DSM 6 to DSM 7, did you follow this procedure?
