Live TV video intermittent jitter/shaking

Hello Emby Team,

I have an issue that popped up about 3 weeks ago.  I have an intermittent issue, which  looks like an interlacing problem. It would play fine for 10 minutes, then jitter/shake for 3 minutes or so and then return to normal.

I am using an UNRAID server running the latest version of Emby Server, HDHomerun Prime using Fios cable card. NVIDIA Shield Pro running the latest version of Emby for Android. It happens on Emby Theater and Amazon Fire stick also. From what I have seen it does not happen on the Emby Web App.

This problem started when I updated to the latest firmware for the HDHOmerun. Silicondust is blaming it on the playback software. I had no issues until I upgraded the HDHomerun firmware.

I Direct play all content remotely.

Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

If you need logs, please let me know what debugging needs to be turned on and any other information needed.
