HDR / Dolby Vision

Why is emby the only media server that fails to support HDR and Dolby Vision on the AppleTV?
Plex, Jellyfin and Infuse also manage to play HDR and Dolby Vision (Profile 5 and 8 ) files correctly.

nothing in the emby app. No HDR or anything

Plex does not play Dolby Vision profile 8. It forces the TV into Dolby Vision mode but it is simply HDR with a forced DV setting.
