sschimi 1
Hi there, is the standard android app (using my tablet Lenovo Tab P11 Pro G2) capable to play Dolby Vision? Using the app it only shows me HDR10 files (in fact all my movies have DV + HDR10 Fallback), and playing them, DV is not active. Playing directly the file e.g. with justplayer -> the DV works Playing the stream via emby with the same external justplayer -> the DV do not work Am i doing sth. wrong? Or isn't the standard android app not able to player Dolby Vision?

Solution sschimi 1 Posted September 14, 2023 Author Solution Share Posted September 14, 2023 Don't know if you changed something in the latest version, but it seems to work now. Topic can be closed.

sschimi 1
Some more news on that. Seems like Dolby and emby always need a restart after installing emby. Had some tries, and Dolby Vision always appears after reboot, without reboot after reinstall no DV.
