App not working

Good afternoon,

I have tried all day to get the app working. I can access my content  on a safari browser through my synology, but not on the app. I have deleted the app on multiple devices and loaded the current versions but nothing works. Please help.

Attached is the pic of one of the messages, the other one is connection error. I have no firewalls and am at a loss of what to try. I looked at other help links that advised to enable DMZ which I have done but nothing changed for the app working.

Thanks Luke for the help. I deleted the app again and downloaded it again from the App Store but it comes with the same error message. Any other suggestions? I did do the same on my android tablet and it now works with the app but nothing IOS.

I think I have figured out the issue. The server is offline. Is there any way to download the update and manually install it?

Hi, on Synology, no. You need to just shut it down and then install the latest version from our website. Please let us know if this helps. Thanks.
