hi,

i use emby as docker on an unraid system. So far everything is running fine. I have several libraries including one for 4k and one for BluRay. For some time now, whenever I add a movie to BluRay, it is not recognized. No cover is displayed and also no content. I have to manually identify the film by the title, then it is immediately found and everything is displayed. This does not happen with 4k movies. I have already compared both library settings. Does anyone have an idea there enclosed my log.

How are your BluRay files named and organized, as this can hardly be identified with such title:

/mnt/Filme/S-U/movietitle - BluRay/movietitle - BluRay.mkv

sorry for the late reply.

my movies are always movietitle - BluRay or movietitle - UHD

movietitle is just an example, the movie could also be called as an example.

The Flash - BluRay/The Flash - BluRay.mkv
The Flash - UHD/The Flash - UHD.mkv

In the UHD library it finds all metadata and in the bluRay library it doesn't find it.

My folder structure before is always
/mnt/Movies/S-U/..... for BluRay

or

/mnt/4k/S-U/.... for 4k.

Not sure I'm following, above is a snippet from your log, provider is literally queried for a movie called "movietitle - Bluray" for German and English?

Your movie folders should generally not be named as such, as that'll certainly make identification harder (or likely impossible in number of instances) since you have extra/unwanted terms in folder name with no year denoted.

I changed the title in the log afterwards because I didn't want this title to appear in the log here. It was a normal film title. I started using this folder structure years ago and had no problems with it until a few months ago. It's only been about 2-3 months that it hasn't found the data automatically, only when I search for the title manually does it work. Which title is more important for identification, the folder name or the file name.
