Transcoding question

So I have a Fire Cube 3 which supports DTS, TrueHD etc. (just for reference)

I am getting a very weird effect on Emby. So I can play a TrueHD video and it will DirectPlay correctly but later if any video decides to transcode every video I play after says it is transcoding.

 

What is curious is I am not sure what makes the first video decide to transcode in the first place but ANY video I play after any video transcodes does it as well until I force close the app and reopen it.

 

I know this is not worded the best but I am just trying to make it clear that I have the hardware to play almost any format but Emby decides to transcode one and then everything following will as well (Even if it DirectPlayed fine earlier)

 

Currently I am getting around this by using VLC as an external player but would prefer to use the inbuilt player. Please let me know what you need if you need more details, I am not super knowledgeable on these subjects
