Windows Server for Remote (WAN) access stopped working (Emby Premiere) using Bitdefender.

Is there a support email or phone number for Emby Premiere?

I'm not able to determine what recently caused my server that was working fine to no longer work.  I'm getting the error message "this site can't be reached"
Please reply.

Hey, that was a really quick response.

Yes for sure, it's just the public address that's not working and it was working for months.  Ugh.

Would you be able to connect to my computer with TeamViewer?

Here's the external URL address:

<redacted>

I forgot to ask are these message I'm sending you visible to everyone in the community?
I wanted to share my Emby Premiere key and other information but I wasn't sure.
Also I'm not sure why it says Roling in the chat, this was an ID I setup a long time ago.
The Emby server is called MEDIA-SERVER.

Yes, everything you are posting is Public. Your Premiere Key should not be required at this time.

Please go over your remote access setup? Have you double checked everything is still valid as per Remote Setup ?

Including has your WAN address recently changed?
Firewall rules?
Are your Port Forwarding rules still valid?
What is the outcome of canyouseeme.org ?

For your benefit and privacy, I have hidden your external address above. Also noticed you posted port '8095' - is that correct? Default port is '8096'

Port 8095 is correct.  I felt most hackers will try the default port, that was my logic.

I removed Bitdefender.

I reset all Windows firewall settings to the default settings.

I noticed after executing embyserver.exe two new rules were automatically added:
embyserver.exe for Protocol TCP and UDP on the same port.

I reinstalled Bitdefender.

Everything is working now fine!  Thank you.

Can you explain the Emby Premiere; I thought it allowed for direct or a higher level of support, is that correct?

Thanks again.

Nope. Premiere enables additional features for your server/client apps. All users receive same level of support.

Okay thank everyone, I'm going crazy. I could have sworn I read that somewhere. I probably was thinking about totally different software which provides premiere support.
Anyway thank again, you're awesome!!
