EnjoyYourStay 2 Posted July 14, 2023 Share Posted July 14, 2023 Windows Server for Remote (WAN) access stopped working (Emby Premiere) using Bitdefender. Is there a support email or phone number for Emby Premiere? I'm not able to determine what recently caused my server that was working fine to no longer work. I wanted to share my Emby Premiere key and other information but I wasn't sure. Also I'm not sure why it says Roling in the chat, this was an ID I setup a long time ago. Please go over your remote access setup? Have you double checked everything is still valid as per Remote Setup ? Including has your WAN address recently changed? Firewall rules? Are your Port Forwarding rules still valid? What is the outcome of canyouseeme.org ? For your benefit and privacy, I have hidden your external address above. Roling 3 Posted July 14, 2023 Share Posted July 14, 2023 Port 8095 is correct. I felt most hackers will try the default port, that was my logic. I removed Bitdefender. I reset all Windows firewall settings to the default settings. I noticed after executing embyserver.exe two new rules were automatically added: embyserver.exe for Protocol TCP and UDP on the same port. I reinstalled Bitdefender. Everything is working now fine! Thank you. Can you explain the Emby Premiere; I thought it allowed for direct or a higher level of support, is that correct?
