Emby DLNA Server keeps dropping

I have to constantly restart the server or turn DLNA on and off to get it to show up. And, the blast interval is gone. I used to set it really low because of this issue. Can we please get the blast interval back?

Because it's not available in the list of servers to select.

I don't see any option to change the blast interval. I looked under Devices\DLNA

It still happens. It just can't be turned off anymore.

Yes, but where is the setting so I can put it lower. It's not happening frequently enough right now so it keeps dropping.

How do know that’s the reason for the problem?

All I know is that it didn't happen before when I had the blast interval set to 10. Can you at least tell me where to find the blast interval? Is it in a config file?

Ok, thanks.

So, it's something else. None of that data would be in the logs though would it? Do I need to turn on debug logging or something?

Unfortunately I don’t think the server log will tell us much but it’s our only source of information.

Most likely the problem is on the device but I’m guessing it provides no way to find out why it’s dropping.

Don't think it's the device as ALL devices on the network are showing the same thing.

@Luke I'm still having problems with this. Should I enable DLNA debug logging? I'm not sure what's going on, but if I restart Emby it shows up again on DLNA. Don't know why I would have to restart though to get it to work again.

I wouldn't enable that permanently as it can degrade performance, but yes it might help.
