Does emby's video decoding support these graphics cards？

I plan to buy a graphics card specifically for decoding, and I have selected some graphics cards with a reasonable price/performance ratio. Which of the following graphics cards support and which do not support decoding:

1、tesla p100

2、tesla p4

3、tesla p40

4、rx 580

5、gtx 1060 6GB

6、gtx 2060

Tesla cards generally don't have video output as they are for compute only and are usually passively cooled.  You would want a Quadro instead.  Radeon rx 580 is power hungry but cheap, GTX 1060 is fine, same with the GTX 2060.

I bought a 24-bay rack server, so I don’t need video output, I just need to support decoding, and it has excellent performance and is cheap.

All graphics cards above support transcoding, but there are some differences between nvidia and amd.

such as

AMD graphics card does not support hdr Tone mapping in emby, and it does not support PGSSUB subtitle burning, which is a big problem
