Ellimist 3
Hi all, Since the M1 Mac architecture transition, M1 Macs have been able to install and run iOS apps natively. However, when I try to install the iOS emby client app from the app store, it doesn't show up. See attached screenshots. I do not have the Rosetta translation layer installed for translating x86 applications, and I do not want to install in just for Emby. Am I missing something, or was the iOS Emby client configured to not show up for install on M1 Macs?

Yes, unfortunately, that requires me to install the Rosetta translation layer, so it's an x86 app. I want to install the ARM app.

Luke 37180
Just that link but did you try from the store?
Ellimist 3
The store and the link both provide the x86 version of the app, not the ARM version.

Ellimist 3
Works perfectly now! Runs as native ARM without the Rosetta translation layer. Thank you for making this happen!
