Emby server keeps shutting down

I just installed the latest version of Emby emby-server-synology7_4.7.13.0_x86_64 on my Synology NAS running DSM 7.1.1.  Still when I start Emby, it runs for about 10 seconds, then stops.  This just started a few days ago.  I thought it might be related to new .mkv videos I added, but I removed them, and still the problem persists.  I've included the embyserver.txt log file below.  Any ideas what is causing Emby to shut down?

Hi, are you sure this is the complete log files?

 You could try deleting all DLL files from / 

var/packages/EmbyServer/var/plugins

and see if that helps

Thanks, after deleting the DLL's in the plugins directory, Emby remained running.
