Videos asynchronous

Lately I've often had the problem that the videos sometimes start asynchronously, no matter what format, and then I always have to rewind them briefly so that they're synchronous. I have the problem both on the cell phone with Android and with emby on the Nvidia shield and the same problem everywhere on an amazon tv stick i just can't find the error

When I start a film or video, it sometimes happens that the sound is time-delayed to the video, which means that the sound is a few seconds offset to the video, for example. I then have to rewind the video a few seconds and then play it again and then the sound fits back to the video

no, it doesn't matter which format it happens with avi and mkv

But they always have  xvid/divx, right?

The film is very large, unfortunately I can only upload 200mb here. Cutting the film probably won't make much sense

Are there already new insights from the video? You specifically asked about divx avi files. What's the problem if there are problems with these files?

Hi, we are looking into it. Thanks.

If he uses Bluetooth, there will be a delay in playing audio.
