Hi,

This log shows a lot of startup activity and then about 12 seconds of the interface being up.

It did however show Theater logged in and then accessed the logs.

2023-06-12 01:12:03.137 Debug Server: http/1.1 GET http://host1:8096/emby/System/Configuration?X-Emby-Client=Emby Theater&X-Emby-Device-Name=QAQrz&X-Emby-Device-Id=QAQrz&X-Emby-Client-Version=3.0.20-1.5&X-Emby-Token=x_secret1_x. UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) EmbyTheater/3.0.20-1.5 Chrome/100.0.4896.160 Electron/18.3.15 Safari/537.36
2023-06-12 01:12:03.139 Debug Server: http/1.1 GET http://host1:8096/emby/System/Logs/Query?SortBy=SortName&SortOrder=Ascending&Fields=BasicSyncInfo,CanDelete,Container,PrimaryImageAspectRatio,ProductionYear,Status,EndDate,CommunityRating,OfficialRating,CriticRating&StartIndex=0&EnableImageTypes=Primary,Backdrop,Thumb&ImageTypeLimit=1&Limit=30&X-Emby-Client=Emby Theater&X-Emby-Device-Name=QAQrz&X-Emby-Device-Id=QAQrz&X-Emby-Client-Version=3.0.20-1.5&X-Emby-Token=x_secret1_x. UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) EmbyTheater/3.0.20-1.5 Chrome/100.0.4896.160 Electron/18.3.15 Safari/537.36

You can turn off Debug logging for general use.  It tends to log a lot more then is normally needed making the logs harder to read then needed. We'll let you know if additional info is needed that only Debug logging will supply, otherwise just keep it off as it takes less resources and saves lots of space in the logs.

So the web interface is up and your partial logs show that as well.

I did however see "Access token is invalid or expired" from at least one client. If you are having trouble logging in on a specific client you may need to exit out of the app and try again.

Hello, the theater can be entered normally. I just downloaded the log from the theater, but I can’t enter the web interface in the browser, which corresponds to the error log at the bottom

Hi, you have the Data Explorer plugin installed.

Quote

Info App: Loading Emby.DataExplorer, Version=4.8.0.26, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null from /var/packages/EmbyServer/var/plugins/Emby.DataExplorer.dll

As per: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/119194-update-to-48038-beta-unsuccessful/&do=findComment&comment=1257902

Please remove this plugin and restart your Emby Server - you should then be good to go.
