Not Downloading Metadata

A few days ago I migrated my MediaBrowser server from my PC to a new server I built.  The migration went great and the server is working amazingly.  However, since the migration, MediaBrowser has not been able to add metadata for new files.  The files are being added to the server's database, but no metadata or artwork has been added.

 

 

I have tried to manually initiate the metadata search for individual items within the "Metadata Manager".  But when I try to run the search, the busy animation just keeps on spinning.

 

 

In addition the "Scan media library" task keeps freezing at 50.6%.  I have a feeling that it might be related.

Solution:

 

After spending a few hours researching, I followed a suggestion to delete the library database and rescan.  It took a couple hours, but it was able to finish.  Now everything is working beautifully.

 

Steps...

 

1)  Turn off MB Server

2)  Delete library.db file in "C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Roaming\MediaBrowser-Server\data"

3)  Restart MB Server and wait
