PlasmaBurn 0 Posted May 31, 2023 Share Posted May 31, 2023 On Emby for Apple TV's newest update to ver 1.7.3 connecting to Emby Server for Windows ver 4.7.12.0, the setting for default screen on Live TV no longer works. It worked in the previous version, opening to the 'Guide' by default as I have it set. I have verified the setting on the web, on the user setting in the server config, and there is no option for this setting this on Apple TV app. It seems the update not ignores this setting? If I open Emby via the Web or on the macOS app it works as set/expected. Is this a bug, or am I missing an Apple TV specific setting for this? There has been a recent change to dynamically set the tabs based on the server, but I'm sure this was working after that change. I'll have to take a look tomorrow to see what's going on.
