Video, Audio and subtitle details not showing up in EMBY server

I am having a similar trouble that whenever I add a new file the video details, audio details and subtitles are not showing up. See the screenshots below, Its available in the Lost City (added last month) but not in Passengers (added recently). I have not changed any settings or server.

Emby Server Issue: Missing Video, Audio, and Subtitle Details for New Movies

Hi everyone,

I'm facing a problem with my Emby server and I'm hoping someone can help me out. Whenever I add a new movie to my server, the video details, audio details, and subtitles are not showing up. Let me provide you with some more information and screenshots for better clarity:

• In the movie "Lost City" (added last month), the following details are clearly visible:

  Video: 1080p H.264

  Audio: Track details and format

  Subtitles: Subtitle details

• However, in the movie "Passengers" (added recently), the above-mentioned details are missing. Here's a screenshot-

I haven't made any changes to the settings or the server itself, and I even tried reinstalling the Emby software to see if it would resolve the issue. Additionally, I removed and re-added the "Passengers" movie, but it still doesn't display the video details, audio details, or subtitle details. I am also added some more movies and the issue persist for all the movies that I recently added.

I would really appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. I want the video details, audio details, and subtitle details to be present for the "Passengers" movie and other movies added subsequently, just like they are for the other movies that were added earlier.

yes attaching screenshots of movies where nothing is displayed except file name along with screenshot of Lost City which is how it is supposed to be.

OK, please try refreshing the metadata on one of the impacted titles and see if that helps pull in info. Thanks.

embyserver.txtplease find the attached log when i tried to remove the earlier movie file and re-add it. Everything is showing up but not the video/audio and subtitles details neither on top nor on bottom.

That's odd. For some reason the server is being denied access by your system to launch it's embedded ffmpeg build:

I'm not sure I've seen this before. How are you starting Emby Server?
