So I remoted to the system, stopped the service, downloaded the newest installer, and ran it. When it runs, it extracts and then goes to install but gets an exception in System.IO about can't copy to the backup directory while in use by another user ... or something to that effect. I will attempt again from the console of the server itself. I'm trying to get to .12 due to the bulletin. I've done the hosts file mod as instructed and couldn't find any of the infecting plugins on my system so I don't seem to have been hit ... but I'm trying to take care of business as quickly as I can. UPDATE: I reset the system and it apparently cleared out whatever process had locked up that directory. I'm at 4.7.12.0 now. Sorry for posting without exhausting all avenues first.
