User not showing in "Activity"?

I have a user that doesn't show in the activity, even though they use it a lot.

They use their PC, Emby Theater app, if that helps.

Just cannot figure out why.

Hi, what kinds of things are they doing? What activity doesn't show up exactly?

When users log in, are playing a movie or TV show, finish playing, it shows up in the activity.

There is one user that doesn't show any activity, even though they are playing TV shows. 

This is on the same network.

Can we please see a specific example?  Are you sure they are logged into the user they think they are?

It's OK. I figured it out.

The user downloaded shows that they like to watch. 

Watching downloaded content from Emby doesn't show on the activity.
