Grumpy1 44 Posted May 16, 2023 Share Posted May 16, 2023 Hi i am currently running emby on an older i7- 6700 with 16g of ram on an 256 ssd with all my media on an external 4 bay usb jbod enclosure and everything seems ok ( except for the occasional usb disconnect) i have another PC that i can use that is an i5-9400 with 12g of ram but has an 256 nvme but also has the ability to add 1 more 2.5/3.5 internal hard drive. i only run emby on these and dont use emby outside the house and the only transcoding is when the wife uses roku.... would this pc be an upgrade over the first one i posted? thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
