hi,5-6 years off emby user,i have a problem,i changed isp for better speed cause in my area we dont have fiber yet,i have a router with 4g-5g sim card connection,for my bad they dont allowe some ports ,its locked via isp and emby cant work from outside home,i tried plex and for my suprise it work with indirect connection and auto port map,how can i do this to emby?

Hi, for start try running emby on port that you got plex running. Also check if upnp plugin is installed.

Tried, I change the http port but it doesn't seem to work

Did you also update your router to "port forward" that port to your Emby host?

Do you know which ports your ISP does allow?

As asked previously, have you tried running Emby on the exact same port as Plex? NOTE: you will need to shutdown Plex first to avoid any conflict.

Can see that you tried 32410, but did not try 32400

Yes tried, and emby then created via upnp the port on router, but again, nothing

Well i'm confused because your screenshot also shows that Plex is not accessible on 32400 from the outside

yes i know,but it works,most times says indirect connection

Because they have a relay feature to run everything through their own servers when a direct connection doesn't work.

Emby is designed to be a private media server, so we don't offer anything like that.
