Hi. I just realized my trakt.tv plugin hasn't scrobbled since December.

After searching, here are the things I've done...

  1. Make sure my api access wasn't disabled. https://forums.trakt.tv/t/has-my-api-access-been-disabled/15268/3
  2. Verified I have the latest version. I'm on 3.7.0.0
  3. Reinitialized the Authentication PIN for my user account.

Not sure what else to try. This worked for 10 years before now. Thanks for any help!

Hi Luke. Attached is a log of me watching a show. I don't see trakt anywhere in the log except for the list of plugins.
Let me know what else I can do to help. Thanks.

I played the show Barry and it isn't being sent to trakt.tv.

Am I misunderstanding what you mean by example?

Right you’re excluding your movie and TV folders from trakt. I think you need those checkboxes the other way around

@LukeIt turns out that changing the excluded folders didn't fix the problem.
What specifically should while logging to help with getting help? Thanks!

Well before you were excluding what you wanted to scrobble, so we'd have to look at an example and go through the same questions again that I previously asked:

Thanks.
