Manually enter server issue

I accidentally reset my Samsung smart tv and it deleted my Emby app… when I reinstalled it, it is asking me to enter the server info (which I do not have) instead of me simply clicking on the available server that has always been there. What can I do? I’ve even tried installing on other devices and I get the same issue

Hi, why don't  you have the server info? Is it your server, or someone else's?

I have no idea why it’s gone. I happened after I reset my tv and I thought I deleted the server but my sisters is still working. It is my account and I asked my sister to send me the server # on hers to try and put it in and it didn’t work

You can get the server details from the dashboard on the server.  Make sure the device name or ip and port match.  It is most likely the local http (not https) address.

Are you running a server yourself or you're just trying to connect to some other remote server from your TV?
