Process to transfer emby between Ubuntu systems?

I currently have the following emby setup:

  • Installed on Ubuntu 20.04 in a proxmox 7 container
  • samba mounts in /etc/fstab for the actual media files, which are hosted on the synology NAS, mounted as "emby" user for correct permissions
  • 14 cpus of a threadripper 2950X configured for the container, for software transcoding
  • Emby installed via official deb

I'd like to transfer my emby installation to the following, for transcoding capabilities:

  • Bare-metal Ubuntu installation on an MSI gaming laptop with Geforce 980M and i7 processor
  • Will be a basic Ubuntu server install, with nvidia drivers installed for GPU hardware
  • Emby installed via official deb
  • samba mounts in /etc/fstab for the actual media files, which are hosted on the synology NAS, moutned as "emby" user for correct permissions

What's the process for moving the actual emby data from one system to the other?  I'd like to preserve all the users, metadata downloads, the watch histories, favourites, library configs, plugin installs and configs, etc.  Are there directories which can be simply copied, or will I have to configure things all over again?

Thanks for your help!
