Duplicates after media import

I'm brand new to Emby, but not to media servers in general. I just installed Emby server on saturday. I imported a 1.4TB collection of mostly FLACs and MP3s.

I noticed my favorite album was imported in a strange way. On disk, it is made of 24 tracks, as follows.

In Emby, it appears as 24 tracks, but each track is repeated twice, with the same track number.

When I click on ... and "Edit metadata", each pair of tracks as the exact same pathname. Eg. both track 1 are showing this :

The second "'track 1" has a slightly different import date/time, though :

How can I eliminate these duplicates ?

Did you move your audio files? I see one has d:\music and the other has d:\music\music

No,  I have some files in MP3 and some in FLAC.

Good catch, looks like I have d:\Music and d:\Music\Music . My mistake.

I'll delete the d:\Music\Music and rescan the collection. Will that take care of eliminating the duplicates ?
