CrowTC 21
I have thousands of movies in my collection and use a (possibly) unique way of dividing up my movie library. It makes sense to me and keeps my individual libraries from getting too unwieldy. All current and previous year's movies get dumped in "New Releases". Older movies get divided up by the year they were released. "Digital Age" corresponds to the rise of streaming services like Netflix, so 2008 and later. (this may get updated someday) "Video Age" corresponds to the rise and fall of VCRs and Video rentals "Hollywood Renaissance" is the period following the fall of the Hays code "Golden Age" covers the period when the Hays code was in force. "Silver Age" covers the silent film era and the period before the Hays code was put in place "Early Cinema" is all of the weird and wonderful experimental movies before movies really got popular Animation and Documentaries are separated for good measure. I have several other such libraries but didn't create the images. I made my own "PlayLists" image from scratch, but the "Collections" image is a careful crop of a much larger image. The television groups represent how I divvy up my television series. - - - My creations were composited from (AFAIK) Creative Commons or Public Domain clipart or were drawn by me. Images in the ZIP file should all be 1920 x 1080 in medium-quality JPG format. library-image-share.zip 2
