Emby backup

Hi there, 

I just try to manual backup the Emby settings and I so that the backup folder is empty. 

I the log I have this:

Can you attach the full log as the snippet is for sessions not backup.

Does the path exist?

System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path '/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/Download/boom/_Qnap/BackUp/EmbyServer'.

Yes... I choose it from the Emby page.

It could be that the server is being denied access to the backup  folder. Did you check the permissions for it?

Yes... the server have full access to che Download folder. 

Also I think that if have "no access", this will be writte on the log file ... right ?

Ok... uninstall it and reinstall it
