sondereggerlukas 1
All, identifying of movies and shows are not possible anymore - the identifying-search does not show up any results anymore. tried with different names/words and even the search with the imdb-ttnumber does not work. any ideas, what went wrong on my side? this worked quite well some days ago. thanks lukas syno / emby server 4.7.11.

sondereggerlukas 1
Hey Luke, see screenshots. it makes no difference whether I try it with a name or imbd id or themoviedb id, the result is always the same. movie -> identify -> name/imdbid/themovieid -> no entries found. tried it via the web app, via emby theater, via android app - same issue. Can't find any entry in the log file, I just tried it again, the last entry in the log file is from today morning, 11h ago. Luke 37113
What metadata fetchers are enabled on the library, and in what order?
sondereggerlukas 1
for testing purposes, I just activated all of them. order thetvdb, themoviedb, open movie db i think, that i had tvdb and open movie db activated before, but this makes also no difference... Luke 37113
Try putting moviedb at the top and identifying using the moviedb Id.
sondereggerlukas 1
no changes. also with the themoviedb at the top (id 466081) it will show any result. seems, that the search progress won't start at all, as i get the 'no result' message within half a second. sondereggerlukas 1
Seems, that my Syno has a problem and won't connect to the internet - so it CAN'T find any information. Will check and revert asap.
Solution sondereggerlukas 1 Posted April 4, 2023 Author Solution Share Posted April 4, 2023 After a power failure, my syno set the time back to the year 2001. Once the date and time have been set correctly, access to the Internet will work again and so will the identification of the films and series. Anyway, thanks for the quick help, Luke. Case closed.
