The other parameters are well saved except the value for the number of transcoding threads which always returns to the default value (automatic). Check value for <EncodingThreadCount> tag - if it's "0" (means Maximum), your saves have not taken (permission issue?). Doesn't matter, as that settings is for thread count, not core count - and even those efficiency cores should be up to the task. Btw, i9-12900 has thread count of 24 (8x2 P-cores + 8 E-cores). GrimReaper 3294 Posted March 25, 2023 Share Posted March 25, 2023 Sorry, I cannot reproduce not having <EncodingThreadCount> tag present, with value either "-1" (Auto), "1" to "16" (no. of threads) or "0" (Maximum).
