Chinese subtitles not selected automatically base on setting

Hi,

It seems that the preferred subtitle language setting does not work properly for the 3 Chinese options,
the behavior below is the same regardless of whether I chose "Chinese Simplified", "Chinese Traditional" or "Chinese Traditional (Hong Kong)" in setting

I tested this using videos embedded with different combinations of the 3 subtitle languages:

1. Video contains "Chinese Traditional" & "Chinese Simplified" subs
   -> "Chinese Simplified" auto selected
2. Video contains "Chinese Traditional (Hong Kong)" & "Chinese Simplified" subs
   -> "Chinese Traditional (Hong Kong)" auto selected
3. Video contains "Chinese Traditional (Hong Kong)", "Chinese Traditional" and "Chinese Simplified" subs
   -> "Chinese Traditional (Hong Kong)" auto selected

This happens on the web app, android & android TV app

Here are the 3 test videos and server log, I used Edge to open the web app

If the preferred subtitle language is set to Chinese Traditional,
I expect the Chinese Traditional subtitle to be auto selected for 1-cht-chs.mkv and 3-chthk-cht-chs.mkv

Hi, the tracks all have the same language code of zh. The 4.7 server doesn't look at the language name in the track, only the language code. This should be improved in the upcoming 4.8 server release.
