App takes very long to jump to letter

A user reported me that it takes very long to jump to a letter from the alpha picker. He's using the stable version of the app.

I verified the issue with the client beta, tested on Shield and Amazon Cube (2nd gen). It takes minutes to finish loading.

The problem does not occur for the standard Android app, neither for the IOS, TVOS or Windows app. It loads very instant on the other plattforms.

Although my library is quite big (20k movies), there definitely seems to be a problem here.

Hopefully you will take a look here and don't tell me to use the standard app

If that is working well, then that will be the ultimate answer.

The app should be getting bigger chunks when going that far but I don't know when/if there will be time to investigate that.

I understand but as long as this app is not available at the store it isn't really an option for these people.
