JoBagOfDonuts 5
Apologies if this seems like a dumb question, wanted to ask out of curiosity. Saw that turning on "Allow changing of container formats, if necessary, during media playback" would fix my android issues of playing 480i mpeg2video content. I've noticed that the content looks like it gets de-interlaced which is good if that is the case. Was more so wondering if it gets de-interlaced server side or client side? In both the container swap and/or deinterlacing, you should get an associated ffmpeg log file - this will give all the details on what it's doing. Deinterlacing is always server side.
