cyrax_36 1
Muchas gracias embyserver.txt

What is your Date added behavior for new content setting, but will guess File Creation date instead of Scan date? App Settings-Library-Advanced tab As for playback is there a ffmpeg created if so please post but looks like there is an issue probing the file but devs will have to comment on that. cyrax_36 1
Hi. For the date, yes...you're totally right. The behavior selected is use the file creation date. Attached you can find the log. ffmpeg.txt
cyrax_36 1
Adding more extra info : The multimedia info in the detailed page of the movie is empty, theres's no detail on it. Thanks
Happy2Play 8296
Yes for some reason the file is not being probed. Are you sure the file is not corrupt? cyrax_36 1
I'm totally sure of this. The folder is shared also for Plex, and is reproduced in Plex without any kind of issue.
Happy2Play 8296
Devs will have to comment on this as look like it is probed but then ffprobe throws an error. @Luke@softworkz http://localhost:8096/emby/Items/10157/Refresh?Recursive=true&ImageRefreshMode=Default&MetadataRefreshMode=Default&ReplaceAllImages=false&ReplaceAllMetadata=false&X-Emby-Client=Emby Web&X-Emby-Device-Name=Firefox Windows&X-Emby-Device-Id=db82afe4-d1a5-49a1-947e-7632d9ed53e5&X-Emby-Client-Version=4.7.11.0&X-Emby-Language=es 2023-03-05 00:57:29.060 Info MediaProbeManager: ProcessRun 'ffprobe' Execute: C:\Users\Rafa\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\ffprobe.exe -i file:"D:\Videoteca\Acorralado (Rambo).mp4" -threads 0 -v info -print_format json -show_streams -show_chapters -show_format -show_data 2023-03-05 00:57:29.199 Info MediaProbeManager: ProcessRun 'ffprobe' Process exited with code 0 - Succeeded 2023-03-05 00:57:29.248 Error App: Error in ffprobe *** Error Report *** Version: 4.7.11.0 Command line: C:\Users\Rafa\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\EmbyServer.dll -noautorunwebapp Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10.0.19044 Framework: .NET 6.0.10 OS/Process: x64/x64 Runtime: C:/Users/Rafa/AppData/Roaming/Emby-Server/system/System.Private.CoreLib.dll Processor count: 4 Data path: C:\Users\Rafa\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata Application path: C:\Users\Rafa\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system System.OverflowException: System.OverflowException: Value was either too large or too small for an Int32. at System.Convert.ToInt32(Double value) at Emby.Server.MediaEncoding.Probing.ProbeResultNormalizer.GetMediaStream(Boolean isAudio, ProbeStream streamInfo, ProbeFormat formatInfo) at Emby.Server.MediaEncoding.Probing.ProbeResultNormalizer.<>c__DisplayClass6_0.<GetMediaInfo>b__0(ProbeStream s) at System.Linq.Enumerable.SelectArrayIterator`2.MoveNext() at System.Linq.Enumerable.WhereEnumerableIterator`1.ToList() at Emby.Server.MediaEncoding.Probing.ProbeResultNormalizer.GetMediaInfo(ProbeResult data, Boolean isAudio, String path, MediaProtocol protocol) at Emby.Server.MediaEncoding.Probing.MediaProbeManager.GetMediaInfoInternal(String inputPath, String primaryPath, MediaProtocol protocol, String userAgent, Boolean extractChapters, String probeSizeArgument, Boolean isAudio, Boolean forceEnableLogging, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Emby.Providers.MediaInfo.FFProbeVideoInfo.ProbeVideo[T](MetadataResult`1 metadataResult, MetadataRefreshOptions options, LibraryOptions libraryOptions, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Emby.Providers.Manager.MetadataService`2.RunCustomProvider(ICustomMetadataProvider`1 provider, MetadataResult`1 itemResult, String logName, MetadataRefreshOptions options, LibraryOptions libraryOptions, RefreshResult refreshResult, CancellationToken cancellationToken) Source: System.Private.CoreLib TargetSite: Int32 ToInt32(Double)

Happy2Play 8296
Probably drop box but if you could trim the file and it provides the same results a smaller sample would be preferable.

Luke 37094
it's due to this junk rotation value: "rotation": -9223372036854775808 So we'll have to add handling for that.

Luke 37094
Just now, cyrax_36 said: Sorry....what does it mean ? Is it a bug to fix ? Well, the bug should be fixed by the software that created this video file. But we can also add a fix ourselves to be able to handle it.
