When adding an m3u file, the channels work on one device only, and when playing more than one device, the broadcast stops on the other device

Indeed, my service provider allows only one broadcast. Is there a solution? Indeed, I tried this option on 1, and it did not work

You would need to contact your service provider and ask for more concurrent streams.  They likely will charge you more.
