Hello, I bought Emby Premium and installed it on a Synology Nas, but when I created the library it took me the directory,
but the files are not visible. They have write and read permissions, I don't know why

You've got permission issues:

I reckon noone will be able to suggest you that without knowing what DSM version you're running, have you migrated from DSM6 to DSM7 or it's a clean install, are you running native app or in docker?

Does your "emby" 'system internal user' have appropriate permissions?

When you install Emby Server on Synology the setup will create a special user on DSM named "emby" (without quotes) that is a "system internal user". This is not a username you can use as a general purpose account but is used for permission control (ie give Ember Server access to specific Media folders)

Ok that's the latest in package center. You can either wait for updates through that or download and install them manually from our website.

What I would suggest is download the current version for your NAS from here:
https://emby.media/synology-server.html

Then install it in Synology Package Manager in the Synology Web GUI.
Open Package Manager and then click the Manual Install button top right.

Select the package you just downloaded from the Emby website and follow the prompts.

Ok, update done, thank you very much...
Excuse me once again, how did I install the Bachup that I had
in the other emby, I tried looking for it in the nas folder,
I put it there to recover it later, but I don't know how to do it,
thanks

Hi, where exactly is the backup? How did you create the backup?

Before I had it outside the Nas, I made a copy and I have put that copy in the Nas, but I don't know how to install it
