jackkitley 1
Good morning. Last night our internet cut out at 4pm until it came back on while i was asleep. While watching a movie on the tv the movie just stopped and returned to the screen where it said "Resume","Play from beginning". It never recovered after that. It almost seemed like the network froze up. I was able to watch later on the other tv. I initially thought it was the network cables but i checked and they are all fine. Attached is the log file. embyserver-63813312000.txt

Luke 37161
If you watch the same movie again, does it happen again at the same spot?

Morning I played on from the spot I left off with. I've never had issues before. I watched a full movie last night with 0 issues. I also did some testing in the morning by leaving another one running and all perfect. Only thing I noticed when it crashed was no internet for hours.

Luke 37161
Nothing obvious but we'll try this out ourselves and see if we can reproduce. Please note, Samsung review also specifically tests this scenario so it has been battle hardened.
