echoxxzz 22
All my music is in Flac format and much of it is Hi-Res (90-192Hz/24-bit). My phone is setup to transcode down to 128kpbs AAC if I'm connecting over the Internet to save on my mobile data plan. I noticed that Android Auto doesn't honor the setting on my phone and continues to stream everything directly. Is there a way to change this and if not could it be a future option? echoxxzz 22
Currently 3.2.92 but I can try some older versions if you think it worked at one time. Edited February 21, 2023 by echoxxzz

Luke 37112
What setting did you configure in the app?
echoxxzz 22
Internet Quality = 128kbps. The phone works and it streams music at 128kbps but when I connect it to the cars Android Auto it direct plays.
Luke 37112
Did you try setting the music Internet quality setting?
echoxxzz 22
That is the setting that I set to 128kbps. It works fine if the phone isn't connected to the car.
