Error message - Playback Error - No compaible streams

After upgrading my Premiere Key from a monthly subscription to a Lifetime, some of the video content stopped playing.  When certain videos are selected from the menu, an error message appears stating "Playback Error - No compatible streams are available at this time".  All the videos played prior to the Key upgrade.

You appear to have a permissions issue on your media.

Hi there, yes, what kind of drive is your E: drive? Are you able to play that same video in windows explorer?
