papugo1980 4
ebr 15186
Hi. If you are just using the TV speakers, try setting the audio option to "Mix down to stereo".

Yes, I also tested this and it works, but I lose in audio quality, this TV has an integrated ONKYO soundbar and Dolby Atmos. I don't understand why with emby I have this problem and with Jellyfin for example not. I bought a premiere subscription because I prefer to use emby and I also like it on ios and on another lg tv, is it possible that this tcl can't solve the problem? Thank you Edited February 9, 2023 by papugo1980
ebr 15186
Hi. Can you try sideloading our standard android app on the same device and see how that compares? https://emby.media/emby-for-android.html Thanks.

If it can be useful, using for example bluetooth headphones, the problem does not arise, even when I use the integrated chromecast everything runs smoothly. ebr 15186
Hi. Yes, if bluetooth headphones are connected, the app will automatically downmix to stereo.
