Simultaneous recordings?

I know this has, probably, been asked before and I may have asked it as well but my old brain simply cannot come up with a search term that finds what I need. Sorry.

I use an M3u link to set up a tuner from Channels DVR with Hulu as its only source. and it works fine.
My question is: If two recordings start at exactly the same time but on different channels will they both record or will neither record or will only one record?

I "think" they both record as that is what I vaguely remember from sometime before but I do not remember for sure. I know that two recordings work fine if they overlap but coming up is the first time since I have been using live TV that I want to record two shows that start at exactly the same time and one of them is truly important to me.

Hi, if your m3u source supports simultaneous streams, then you should be fine.
