Why can I create 3 entire profiles with one email address?

I've been trying to reset my password to get access to my account to cancel one of TWO subscriptions.

 

No reset email. No ability to login and looks like I can signup again with teh same email!!

 

Kindly send me the reset emails for my other two accounts under this email address so I can cancel all my subs. Before this gets escalated to the bank.
