Jesse1 0 Posted January 24, 2023 Share Posted January 24, 2023 It takes 10s to try to tune to the channel, then will load to either a gray screen, or a still image of the channel. The video never starts to play. The Windows Emby Theater program works fine. I had this same problem with the Channels DVR app when trying to stream outside the home, and the solution was to set the "playback quality" to "original." I guess there was a problem with the server trying to transcode the video feed to a lower quality, and just sending original video worked fine. Are there any settings I should be checking to help with playback? I would like to discontinue Channels DVR and move over to Emby if I can make this work, but I need to stream ATSC 3.0.
