smitbret 2
After the initial install of Emby and the first scan through, I noticed that I was getting some strange folder activity for TV Shows. I noticed that some folders weren't being broken out properly For Example: TV Series - 1883 Location - Z:\ServerFolders\Brettflix\TV\#\1883 This caused everything in the # folder to be pulled out and buried in a folder labelled "#" See attachment(s) It's not just the numbered series, either. The same thing happened with the TV Series "Extras" that caused all of the <E> folder to be.....absorbed? Also the TV Series "Dimension 404" wrecks everything in the "D" folder. I have tried renaming the Parent folder(s) to something like "1883 (TV Series)" but it didn't make a difference. Does anyone have a workaround for this type of thing? Solution roaku 797 Posted January 24, 2023 Solution Share Posted January 24, 2023 I would try renaming the folder and video files to include the year of release: '1883 (2021)'

Thanks so much. Weird how that worked but titling it "1883 (TV Series)" didn't. Still gotta learn the quirks.
