Problème sur server Emby (Docker)

Bonjour,

Depuis quelque temps, j'ai un problème avec mon serveur.
De manière aléatoire, il s'emballe et les CPU montent tous en charge et le serveur devient inutilisable. Un reboot résout le problème. Peu importe qu'il y ait peu ou beaucoup de transcodage ça n'y change rien. Et dans tous les cas le reboot resout le problème.

C'est très pénible car ça arrive tous les jours.

J'ai peut-être trouvé la cause dans les log, mais je ne sais pas ce que cela veut dire...
