That's one of the main things that is holding me back from using Emby full-time. I know that you can see all the libraries if you have "My Media" on your home screen but I have a long list of libraries for various things and would prefer to have some not shown...ideally the ability to indicate which libraries should show as part of My Media and then which ones are just available in a listing on the side. Not sure about Android mobile as I don't have a phone to test with. For now I'm working around it by having multiple users and restricting what libraries are shown, but kind of a PITA lol.
