People - I want to add a custom type.. Maybe a Request?

For Me the People needs a rethink (This is my opinion not a demand), there is more an more information available every day as time goes on and much seems like it cannot be imported properly

I have information  like this:

But how can I ?, where can I add it to unless it is an actor/guest star, because producer and directors do not have a description

So I can add them as:

Actor
Hiroshi Yamaguchi as Composition

or

Actor
Hiroshi Yamaguchi as Storyboard

I userstand that to add more of these position titles would be confusing, so to negate this will there ever be ability to add a custom type like in provider ids?

Where CustomRoleString does not contain "as"
